 | Prof. Xilong QuChangsha Normal University, China Prof. Xilong Qu, a Level II Professor, serves as a member of the 11th Provincial Committee of the Hunan Association for Science and Technology. He is a recipient of the title "Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker of Hunan Province" and was selected for the "Hunan Provincial Talent Support Program for Young and Middle-aged Scientific and Technological Professionals." He holds positions as a member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Undergraduate Universities in Hunan Province, and serves as an executive director for the Hunan Computer Society, the Computer Education Professional Committee of the Hunan Higher Education Society, and the Hunan Society for Systems Engineering and Management.  | Prof. Shengzong LiuHunan University of Finance and Economics, China ShengzongLiu, Ph.D., serves as the Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Hunan University of Finance and Economics. He has mentored students to win two national-level awards and over ten provincial/ministerial-level awards in academic competitions, including a global second-place prize in the 2021 Huawei ICT Competition.
